URL
Starting URL of the site being scanned. DRKSpider will start scanning this URL and then go on with the links inside it.
HTTPS
HTTPS button instructs DRKSpider to use SSL connection to the given URL.
Check external links
DRKSpider will check external links (links with domains not matching the starting URL domain) but will not go further. See Navigate external sites.
Navigate external sites
Will follow external links navigating other site's links stopping only when depth level limit reached. (Usually off. Using this option on unknown sites may lead to extremely slow scans.
Max depth level
DRKSpider will go no further with links of level over this limit. Depth level is matched with the site navigation, and has nothing to do with the web server directory.
Exclude URLs with
List of words separated by spaces. URLs containing any of these words won't be checked. Useful for excluding part of a site, in example for the site www.mysite.com, if we need to exclude its forum located at www.mysite.com/forum, we fill the Exclude list with the word "forum".
